I AM (I AM) MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Breathe in the space around you,
PAUSE…
and as you settle into it,
softly close your eyes.
PAUSE…
Welcome to this new morning,
PAUSE…
A chance to start anew,
A chance to open the portals of possibility.
PAUSE…
So become aware of your body and its stillness
in relation to everything around you.
PAUSE…
The feeling of the air touching your face,
The sounds that appear when you listen,
The synchronized movements of your body.
And simply be here.
LONG PAUSE…
Today is a day to be mindful of yourself.
To reconnect with the breathing consciousness that you are.
PAUSE…
You are.
PAUSE…
As you quiet down all thoughts and movements,
Recognize the profound simplicity of you…being.
You are.
PAUSE…
I am.
PAUSE…
You are a divine being of consciousness,
Here in this moment.
Made of the same energy as the stars and the blades of grass.
PAUSE…
I am.
PAUSE…
Allow these words to be with you now,
As you feel yourself fully here.
