Today’s morning meditation is a chance to reflect on everything you are grateful for.

Our theme this week is journal prompts.
Writing down our thoughts and feelings and dreams can be such a powerful experience. It can help us put words to what’s going on inside of us, bringing clarity and insights. It can give us a space to dream about what we want. Ultimately, journaling can help us get to know ourselves better. And journal prompts can encourage us to write ourselves into places we otherwise never would have gone.
Gratitude journal prompts are the best. Writing down what we’re grateful for is such a profound way to appreciate every little thing that we already are, have and experience in our lives. Gratitude for the people, things and experiences always raises our awareness of them and inevitably invites more of it all in. I always leave from this practice with a huge smile of love on my face, and I hope you do the same today.

Come deeply into your body,
Allowing it to bring you here to this moment.
Breathe…

I am grateful for…

Let yourself answer that question here for a few moment,
Before you take to your journal.
And when you do, allow yourself to write down anything that comes to you,
The big,
The small,
The seemingly insignificant.
Write it all down,
Or just let yourself sit with it here.
