Today’s morning meditation is a chance to sit with the affirmation I am blessed.
Let your body settle,
As you invite your mind to clear.
And let’s begin with a full, deep inhale into the belly.
Holding it there for just a moment.
And then releasing your exhale all the way to the end.
PAUSE…
Breathe in deeply again,
Filling yourself with fresh air.
Hold at the top,
And then exhale, releasing,
And relaxing deeper into comfort.
