Today’s morning meditation is a chance to sit with the affirmation I am aligned.
Good morning, beautiful.
This week, our theme is affirmations.
Each of these meditations will focus on one special affirmation, and give you the opportunity to sit in stillness with it for a bit.
My hope is that it opens up a space for you to let these words sink deeply into your mind, body and soul.
For the purposes of this meditation, to be aligned means that your actions, words, beliefs and values are connected to and driven by your soul – your divine self. And therefore, all in agreement. When we are aligned, we feel free, confident and innately supported and guided in our lives.
So Let’s Begin…

So settle into comfort,
And feel your body relax,
Piece by piece.
Exhaling deeper into comfort with every breath out.
