Marie Curie once said, “Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood.”
So today, we will be focusing on using our fears
To better ourselves as human beings
LONG PAUSE…
Find comfort in each breath,
As you bring your body into relaxation.
PAUSE…
Release your shoulders,
And soften your eyes.
And breathe.
LONG PAUSE…
To use our fear,
Means that we’re able to see it for what it is,
Learn from it,
And apply it in our lives in a way that evolves us.
PAUSE…
So ask yourself,
How can I use my fear?
PAUSE…
To improve my everyday life?
Or a particular situation?
PAUSE…
To deepen my relationships?
PAUSE…
To further my career?
PAUSE…
The answers that lie on the other end of these questions,
Are merely here for you to sit with,
And see how they feel,
And what they bring up.
