This week, we’re meditating all about ease.

I have prided myself on being a hard worker my whole life. As an athlete, an entrepreneur and a mom, I felt like I was constantly working hard for the things I wanted, and that the rewards of my efforts were earned by me because of my hard work. But a few years ago, I began asking myself a very simple question…

How can it be easy?

And life changed.

Because when we ask ourselves this question, we’re opening ourselves up to recognizing new ways of doing things, new ways of being that are lighter and more joyful.

And, we make it okay for things to be easy.

So today’s meditation will allow you to ponder that question for yourself, so you can invite in more ease into every part of your life.

So Let’s Begin…

So breathe,

And relax your body.

Releasing any tension or heaviness,

Every time you breathe out.


Come into comfort,

And let the sounds of your breath relax you,

As the rhythmic movement of your body brings you here to this moment.



How can it be easy?

Let the question sit next to you,

A curious friend wanting to bring you joy.


It doesn't have to be so hard, she says.

How can it be easy?

Be here with your breath as you invite this question to play with your work,

Your body and health,

Your family,

Your dreams,

Your relationships.

How can it be easy?


You are allowed to have more ease in your life.

You are worthy of more ease.
