Today’s meditation is a reminder of the intentions you declared and to help you reconnect with what you truly value the most in life.
So Let’s Begin…
HONOR YOUR INTENTIONS MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Bring your breathing to its normal rhythm,
And allow your body to relax just a little deeper.
Releasing your jaw,
Letting your shoulders drop,
Letting your arms and legs get heavy and melt further into comfort.
And just breathe.
PAUSE…
With a relaxed body and calm breath, let yourself think about the recent intentions you may have set.
So delicately with love, and care you chose your intentions,
Maybe just weeks ago.
LONG PAUSE…
It might be one specific goal or new habit.
Or it could be a handful of many things.
Just allow yourself to see them in your mind.
LONG PAUSE…
Notice without judgment, have you honored your intentions?
PAUSE…
The intentions you’ve set inspires and motivates you to feel better and helps you to act on what you want for the future.
Integrating your intentions with your behavior, means you are living within your value system.
PAUSE…
For the next little bit, be with your intentions.
Breathe new life into them.
