Today’s morning meditation will give you the chance to honor the divine feminine in others.

Good morning, beautiful,

This week, our theme is the divine feminine.

The divine feminine lives within us all – every human being and every sentient being. We as humans are each a wonderful combination of feminine and masculine energy.

So today, we’re honoring the divine feminine in others. Other men, women, children, animals, plants and more.

My intention in creating this week’s meditations is so you can deeply connect with, honor and fall deeply in love with everything feminine about you – and others.

So Let’s Begin…

HONOR THE DIVINE FEMININE IN OTHERS – DIVINE FEMININE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So relax, my love,

And let yourself be here,

Away from the thoughts moving about in your head.

Away from the past,

Away from the future.

And instead,

Totally present in this moment.

PAUSE…

Aware of the cool air moving in and out of your nose.

Aware of the rhythmic movements of your body.

Aware of you slowing down it all,

With each breath you take.

PAUSE…

Every feminine part of you is beautiful.

And every feminine part of others is beautiful.

So see if you can imagine yourself taking a slow, peaceful stroll in a park.

Feel the cool grass cushioning your bare feet,

And feel the warmth of the sun on your face.

PAUSE…

Look up and notice all the other people in the park,

A welcoming sea of different colors, bodies, abilities, ages and personalities.

And as you move by each one,

See yourself take the time to smile into the soul of that one person.

Nodding your head to them, acknowledging them,

And honoring the divine feminine inside of them.

PAUSE…

Feel your oneness with each person,

A recognition that the divine feminine that lives in you also lives vibrantly within each of them.

Breathe in your connectedness.

Breathe in the divinity.
