HEART CHAKRA MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Allow yourself to settle,
And relax into comfort.
Find your breath,
And focus on the slow movements of air,
Flowing in and out,
Relaxing you,
And calming you.
PAUSE…
Imagine a bright, glowing green light at the center of your chest, where the Heart Chakra is located.
PAUSE…
As you inhale, imagine this light growing brighter and brighter, filling your entire chest with its radiant energy.
As you exhale, imagine any tension or stress in your chest and heart dissolving, replaced by a sense of calm and love.
PAUSE…
Imagine your Heart Chakra opening, like a flower blooming, allowing this green light to flow freely throughout all of you.
As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself being surrounded by love and compassion. Imagine yourself giving and receiving love freely and easily.
Having a deep sense of inner peace and contentment.
PAUSE…
As you continue to focus on the green light, imagine yourself being able to forgive and let go of past hurts, and to replace them with compassion and understanding.
PAUSE…
Imagine yourself being able to connect to others on a deeper level and to build meaningful and loving relationships.
PAUSE…
Imagine yourself being able to connect to your inner self, and to listen to the guidance and wisdom of your heart.

Allow the green light to continue to flow through your being, filling you with the energy of love, compassion, and inner peace.
