HEALING ON YOUR OWN MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Breathe into your
Body, mind and soul.
Settle in comfortably,
And be ready to go.
PAUSE
Dealing with emotions,
Such as hurt, sadness and grief
Can leave us unsteady
And in need of relief.
PAUSE
And though we reach out to others,
They can’t do it all.
Sometimes, we need to be alone,
When we’re this emotional.
PAUSE
There’s nothing wrong
With being alone to heal,
It’s your right,
Your choice,
So do what you feel.
PAUSE
And while you’re alone,
Just let yourself breathe,
Cuddle yourself–
Let yourself just be.
PAUSE
If you need to cry,
Then let it out.
If you’re angry and want to scream,
Then let yourself shout.
PAUSE
There are no rules or boundaries
With which to follow through.
What you’re doing now
Is strictly for you.
PAUSE
So, visualize your healing
Of body, mind and heart.
Decide what’s important,
And where you want to start.
PAUSE
Then breathe into the emotions
That churn deep inside.
Know that they might surface
And take you for a ride.
And if they do, that’s okay,
Just let them do their thing.
Keep breathing. And releasing.
See them flying away on wings.
PAUSE
No one can tell you
The proper way to heal.
It’s personal, emotional–
It’s all about how you feel!
PAUSE
So take this time
And be alone,
Close the door,
Unplug the phone.
For you are most important
And know the time will come,
With you feel like being with others
Because the healing process is done.
