Breathe deeply as you take in all of your surroundings.
PAUSE
Getting out of your head, and coming into your body,
with each passing breath.
LONGER PAUSE
Feel your shoulders melt away from your ears.
And your whole body follow suit.
PAUSE
Unclenching your jaw.
PAUSE
Release any tightness or gripping in your chest or back.
PAUSE
Let this softeness pull you right back to your true self.
PAUSE
Centered.
PAUSE
Whole.
PAUSE
Humble.
LONGER PAUSE
Breathe deeper,
grounding your true self to the present moment.
PAUSE
And with each exhale,
embrace your stability.
PAUSE
There’s no need to search for your home inside of other people, places or things.
LONG PAUSE
So find home within yourself.
PAUSE
A sense of belonging.
LONG PAUSE
Settle now into the natural rhythm of your breathing.

And be present here.

Allowing your stability to grow.
And the positivity to flow through you.
