Relax your mind.

If there are any thoughts or emotions swirling around right now,
Invite them all to float away,
As you relax further into comfort.
PAUSE…
See if you can bring to mind,
Someone special to you.
A friend,
A mentor,
Your child,
A colleague,
Or a romantic partner.
PAUSE…
How has this person impacted your life?
How have they forced you to grow?
Made you better?
Helped you to love deeper?
PAUSE…
Let gratitude fill you,
As you reflect on this person.
LONG PAUSE…
Now, let another person come to mind,
And invite yourself to reflect on who they’ve been for you,
And how they’ve touched your life.

Now imagine all of the people in your life,
Gathering around you now.
PAUSE…
Let yourself acknowledge them one by one,
Feeling your heart expand with gratitude more and more,
As this sea of people,
This sea of love,
