GO WITH THE FLOW MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Let’s begin by taking a deep breath in.
Hold for 1, 2, 3.
And exhale.
PAUSE…
Again, deep breath in,
Hold for 1, 2, 3.
And exhale deeply.
PAUSE…
Gently place your hand over your heart
Noticing the gentle pressure,
And the warmth of your touch.
PAUSE…
Feel the touch of your hand over your chest.
Begin to make small circular motions,
As you gently soothe and comfort your mind into relaxation.
PAUSE…
Feel the natural rising of your chest,
As you breathe in, and out.
PAUSE…
Gently bring to mind a circumstance or situation that caused a recent upset,
One where you had no control.
LONG PAUSE…
Now imagine yourself watching that situation,
And instead of embodying the feelings of frustration,
Or upset,
Imagine yourself being completely detached,
As you release any tension,
And let ease flow through you.
LONG PAUSE…
You can go with the flow.
