Take a moment to settle in comfortably,
To shift your focus inward,
And become aware of your body,
Relaxing it.
Releasing tension.
PAUSE
And now slow the thoughts
Of your mind,
So you can maintain
Focus on yourself.
PAUSE
If a stray thought floats by,
Acknowledge it,
And let it go.
PAUSE
Now, look inside for
The quiet,
The peace,
The solitude,
And welcome it.
PAUSE
Sometimes, when we want
To know ourselves,
Or know something
About ourselves,
We need to embrace
Being alone.
PAUSE
So, let all of the noise
Of the rest of the world,
Of all those around you,
Fade
far
away.
It’s time to be with yourself.
PAUSE
So, breathe,
And let yourself
Sink deeper into you,
Farther into the
Quiet,
Peace,
Solitude,
Where you hear your own voice.
Can you hear it? What is it saying?

Let the inner voice
Ring out loud and true,
So you hear you.
What you really want.
How you really think.
Who you really are.
