Today’s morning meditation will allow you to sit in the stillness of the wise words from Frida Kahlo.
Good morning, beautiful,
This week, we’re meditating on wise words from extraordinary women.
Today’s wise words come from Frida Kahlo, the infamous Mexican artist and activist.
I’ve long been fascinated by Frida Kahlo, in full admiration of her creativity, moxie and deep sense of self. Her self-portraits were chances for her to go inside and paint what she discovered.
She valued self-inquiry and total honesty with oneself.
So Let’s Begin…

FRIDA KAHLO WISE WORDS MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So settle in,
And take a deep breath to begin.
Let your body relax,
And invite your mind to calm.
PAUSE…
Come into your breath,
And into this moment right now.
This is where life is,
In this moment,
In this breath.
So be here,
As you listen to the wise words from Frida Kahlo, and open yourself to what comes up as you do.
You deserve the best, the very best, because you are one of the few people in this lousy world who are honest to themselves, and that is the only thing that really counts.
PAUSE…
Breathe…
And be here with these words.
LONG PAUSE…
It is never too late to be honest with yourself.
It is always worthwhile to spend the time to know yourself better.
PAUSE…
Namaste, Beautiful
