Breathe in and let yourself exhale slowly
Find your center
Within your center,
Look within yourself as you search
For how it really feels to be completely free.
What does it feel like in your body?
Allow yourself to breathe into this feeling,
Then let this feeling bubble up to the surface,
And release it freely into the world.
Sit with this feeling, as it surrounds you,
And let it wash over you as you exhale.
Do you feel a warmth spreading across your chest,
Maybe a tingling down your spine,
Or a knowing of propels you forward into your day,
Ready to take on whatever lies ahead?
