So Let’s Begin…

FREE YOURSELF FROM OVERWHELM MEDITATION SCRIPT
Take a moment now…
To come back to yourself.
To step outside the noise.
To lay down what you’ve been holding.
Just for a little while.
PAUSE
You’ve been carrying so much.
Juggling.
Managing.
Responding.
Running.
And sometimes it feels like there’s no space left for you.
Just one more task, one more call,
One more need that’s not your own.
PAUSE
But underneath it all—
There’s stillness.
There’s breath.
There’s you.
PAUSE
Close your eyes,
And bring your attention inward.
PAUSE
Breathe in slowly…
And breathe out even slower.
Let this moment be your landing place.
A soft return to your center.
PAUSE
Feel your body.
Let it speak.
Let it soften.
PAUSE
Unclench your jaw.
Release your shoulders.
Soften the muscles in your face.
PAUSE
Notice where you’ve been holding tension—
In your belly,
In your chest,
In your throat.
And let it ease, even a little.
PAUSE
You don’t have to carry it all.
You’re allowed to put things down.
To say,
“I am full.”
And let that be sacred.
Not shameful.
PAUSE
Let the breath create space now.
Like a river carving through stone.
Let it move through the cracks—
The places you’ve been ignoring,
The places that whisper,
“I need rest.”
PAUSE
You don’t need to finish the list.
You only need to return to yourself.
Again and again.
PAUSE
What can I let go of right now?
Where can I soften?
What needs my attention… and what can wait?
PAUSE
Let the answers rise gently.
You’re not here to push.
You’re here to listen.
PAUSE
Overwhelm thrives in noise.
But your power lives in quiet.
In breath.
In presence.
In choosing to do one thing…
With your whole heart.
PAUSE
You can still be strong
And take a pause.
You can still be capable
And say, “I need a break.”
You can still be reliable
And not be available to everyone all the time.
PAUSE
The world will not fall apart
If you give yourself five minutes.
But you might start to come back together.
PAUSE
So breathe again.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Your breath in your body.
Your heart still beating—
Steady, alive, ready.
LONG PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
