Today’s morning meditation will help you release all those fears and limiting beliefs that are keeping you from being fully expressed.
Good morning, beautiful,
Our theme this week is self-expression.
There are many reasons we may not be as self-expressed as we want to be. You may have been taught to keep yourself small and quiet, to not love too much, to play life safe, to value stability. You may have past experiences when your self-expression resulted in pain for you or others.
Ultimately though, it’s all fear, and limiting beliefs. Fear of others’ reactions. Fear of loss. Fear of being judged. Fear of our greatness. Limiting beliefs that tell us that we shouldn’t, couldn’t or can’t.
So this morning’s meditation will help you release all of those limitations keeping you from being fully expressed.
So Let’s Begin…

FREE FROM LIMITATIONS SELF-EXPRESSION MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So relax,
Lowering your shoulders,
Relaxing your cheeks,
And releasing your body into comfort.
PAUSE…
What fears might exist within you about being fully expressed?
LONG PAUSE…
What limiting beliefs might you have about your self-expression?
LONG PAUSE…
Feel deeply into your body,
And be here with your soul.
Allow yourself to simply observe the answers that arise,
With love and compassion.
LONG PAUSE…
Now become aware of your breathing.
And on every breath out,
See if you can imagine all those fears,
And all those limiting beliefs,
Exiting your body through your outbreath.
PAUSE…
Breath in and locate those limits,
Breathe out and free yourself from them,
Watching them disappear into the air around you.
LONG PAUSE…
Continue breathing here for a bit,
Consciously releasing all those limiting beliefs,
All those fears that are blocking your self-expression.
Until everything has dissolved.
PAUSE…
Now bring your attention back deep into the center of you.
Feeling light.
Spacious.
And free to be you.
