FLOW WITH THE DEMANDS OF LIFE MEDITATION SCRIPT

 

Before the to-do list starts talking…
Before the backpacks,
The paperwork,
The forms that need signing,
The lunches that need packing,
The mouths that need feeding…

Come back to you.

PAUSE

Right here.
Before the calendar takes over.
Before you’re pulled in every direction.
This moment is yours.

PAUSE

Take a deep breath in…
And release it slowly.

PAUSE

Feel the way your body softens,
Even if just a little,
When you remember—
You don’t have to hold it all so tightly.

PAUSE

This season can feel like a sprint.
Back-to-school rush,
Open houses,
Groceries,
Deadlines,
Drop-offs and pick-ups,
And somehow, still—
Dinner on the table.

PAUSE

And yet, in the middle of it all,
There is a steady rhythm
Waiting to be felt.

Not in the chaos—
But in you.

PAUSE

Breathe again.
Let your shoulders fall.
Let your belly unclench.
Let your jaw release.

PAUSE

There is room in this moment
For stillness.
Even if everything around you feels full.

PAUSE

Life will ask a lot of you sometimes.
But that doesn’t mean you have to fracture.

You can bend without breaking.
You can move with the waves.
You can meet the moment,
Not with perfection—
But with presence.

PAUSE

Let go of the pressure to do it all “just right.”
Let go of the internal clock that says you’re behind.
Let go of the guilt that creeps in when you’re tired.

PAUSE

You are doing enough.
You are enough.

And you are allowed to move through this season
With breath,
With grace,
And with support from something deeper than a checklist.

PAUSE

So today, when things feel tight—
Pause.
Breathe.
Come back to your body.

PAUSE

Ask,
“How can I meet this moment with more ease?”
Not more effort.

Let the answers rise in their own time.

PAUSE

You may still have a hundred things to do,
But you don’t have to lose yourself in the doing.
You can stay rooted in yourself
Even as you move.

PAUSE

This is not about balance—
It’s about flow.
About trusting that you can stay connected
Even when life is full.

PAUSE

Let today be less about keeping up,
And more about tuning in.

PAUSE

Because no matter how many boxes are checked,
The greatest gift you can offer the world—
And yourself—
Is a woman who’s here.
Alive.
Awake.
And flowing with life.
