Today’s meditation is a guided visualization that will help you invite in and surrender to more ease in your life.

So Let’s Begin…

FLOAT DOWN THE RIVER OF EASE – EASE MEDITATION SCRIPT

So let yourself settle,

Sinking into a position that’s comfortable for you,

And find your breath.

Feel it move in and out of you.

Expanding and contracting.

Cooling and warming.

Let it calm you,

And bring you here.

Breathe…

PAUSE…

Feel the cool water at your feet.

The slow movement of the river tickling your toes.

Let yourself take a few steps in,

And feel the exhilaration as the water refreshes and revives.

PAUSE…

Now sit,

And lay your head back,

Calling your body to float,

As it finds its buoyant center.

PAUSE…

Surrender to the movement of the water,

The safe flow that carries you with love.

It’s easy once you let go,

Let go of the fear,

And the control,

And just let yourself float down the river of ease.

PAUSE…

Breathe,

And float with ease.
