FINDING INNER FREEDOM (FREEDOM) MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Let’s begin with a deep inhale,
bringing energy into every cell,
followed by a slow exhale.
PAUSE…
Inhale again,
and with this exhalation,
deeply relax all the muscles in your body.
PAUSE…
Settle into a comfortable position,
with energy, and softness.
PAUSE…
Let any tension go,
And allow refreshing energy
to flow freely through you.
PAUSE…
Release all thoughts from your mind,
any rigidity from your body.
And be here within this safe, relaxed space.
Resting,
Present.
LONG PAUSE…
Breathe and release any mental or emotional heaviness
that may be weighing you down.
PAUSE…
Let go of resistence,
And let it all go.
PAUSE…
Feel the weightlessness that comes
with calming your mind
and steadying your body.
PAUSE…
There is more clarity,
more openness in this moment.
PAUSE…
Without your mental preoccupations,
your mind seems to float,
while still being fully aware of all the sensations.
without thinking,
intuitively.

This is where a feeling of inner freedom arises.

To be okay with letting fear,
anxiety,
and expectations go.

To be mindful of your reactions,
your intuition,
your deep sense of self.

To know that your freedom lives in knowing every moment,
Every thought,
Every word,
Every action,
Is your choice.
