Life can be tough, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and defeated by the challenges we face. But we all have an inner strength within us that we can tap into.
So Let’s Begin…
FIND YOUR INNER STRENGTH MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Take a moment to settle into comfort,
And begin to focus on your breath.
PAUSE…
Breathe in deeply through your nose, feeling the air fill your lungs and expand your belly, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tightness.
Now turn your attention inward and see if you can visualize yourself as strong, resilient, and empowered in this moment. .
PAUSE…
Imagine yourself filled with a sense of power and confidence.
As you connect with this inner source of strength, think about the challenges or obstacles you may be facing in your life.
See yourself rising above these challenges with grace and ease, and know that you have the inner resources to overcome anything.
PAUSE…
Allow any doubts or fears to fall away as you embrace your inner strength and feel the power and resilience within you.
PAUSE…
Take a moment to remind yourself that you are strong, capable, and resilient, and that you are worthy of success, love, and happiness.
LONG PAUSE…
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly, feeling yourself return to the present moment.
Take a few more deep breaths, feeling the strength and power within you.
