FIND STABILITY IN EMOTIONAL STORMS MEDITATION SCRIPT

 

Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Allow your body to relax,
Allow your mind to settle.

PAUSE (10 sec)

Life can sometimes feel like a storm—
Emotions swirling,
Challenges pushing you in different directions.
But even in the midst of these storms,
You have the power to find stability,
To stand firm,
To stay grounded.

PAUSE (10 sec)

Emotions may rise and fall,
They may pull you into their intensity,
But they do not define you.

PAUSE (10 sec)

You are the one who watches,
The one who remains steady,
No matter how strong the winds blow.

PAUSE (10 sec)

Take a deep breath,
And feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the support,
The strength that is always there,
Ready to hold you through whatever comes.

PAUSE (10 sec)

You don’t need to fight the storm,
You don’t need to resist what you feel.
Simply be here,
Rooted in your own resilience,
Trusting that the storm will pass,
And you will remain.

Emotions are temporary,
They come and they go.
But the core of who you are—
That steady, strong center within you—
It is unshakable.

Let your breath be an anchor,
Grounding you in the present moment.
With each inhale,
You connect to your strength.
With each exhale,
You let go of the need to control the storm.

Even in the midst of emotional turmoil,
You have the ability to stay calm,
To find peace in the chaos.
This stability doesn’t come from avoiding your emotions,
But from accepting them,
And trusting that they will pass.
