Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
PAUSE
Notice how your body feels in this moment.
And see if you can imagine that every exhale releases all that’s heavy,
Softens you,
And pulls you deeper inside.
LONG PAUSE
Let yourself be held in the stillness.
Comforted by the pools of peace inside.
LONG PAUSE…
Notice how your breath is steady and slow, like a gentle ocean wave.
Allow your thoughts to drift away in the ocean of your breath, and feel the waves of relaxation washing over you.
PAUSE…
Notice how your entire body is softening and releasing.
Being comforted by your breath,
Comforted within the stillness.
