Today’s morning meditation will help you expand your space.
The space inside,
And the space around you,
Is filled with the energy of you.
The stillness of your mind,
The wildness of your spirit,
The raw essence of you.
PAUSE…
So expand your space,
Inside and out,
And feel who you are.
So Let’s Begin…

EXPAND YOUR SPACE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Find your breath,
And let your attention stay with it for a bit.
Riding its waves in,
And out of you.
PAUSE…
Slow your breathing.
Slow your mind.
PAUSE…
Now, see if you can imagine a soft bubble of light,
Circling around you.
PAUSE…
It’s warm and welcoming,
And glowing.
PAUSE…
Now breathe in deep,
And as you exhale,
Notice that the bubble slowly expands,
Just a bit bigger.
PAUSE…
Take another deep breath in,
And breathe out,
Expanding your bubble again.
PAUSE…
Settle into a nice, easy rhythm,
And just be here with your bubble,
With your space,
As it expands with every breath out.
LONG PAUSE…
Feel the lightness.
Feel the fullness.
Feel you.
