Today’s morning meditation is a chance to practice sitting silently in the brilliance of wise words from other women.
Good morning, beautiful,
This week, our theme is wise words.
Sometimes, we can find ourselves feeling unsatisfied in life. Maybe you’re working a job you don’t like. Maybe you’re feeling too busy to do things you love. Perhaps your light feels dulled by the heaviness of life right now.
Living a life in which you are fully expressed, vibrantly in joyous co-creation with the universe, takes an enormous amount of bravery, creativity and trust.
Which is why I’m so excited for us to meditate on Eleanor Roosevelt’s wise words today. I hope they breathe into you a fresh desire to live as intentionally as you possibly can today.
So Let’s Begin…

ELEANOR ROOSEVELT WISE WORDS MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So come inside,
Readying yourself for this practice.
Inviting the rhythms of your body,
And your mind,
To slow down,
So you can be here.
PAUSE…
Let your mind open.
Let your heart open.
Let your soul be open,
Ready for anything waiting for you within these wise words from Eleanor Roosevelt.
“Do not stop thinking of life as an adventure. You have no security unless you can live bravely, excitingly, imaginatively; unless you can choose a challenge instead of competence.” ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
LONG PAUSE…
Thank you for being here with me today.
Namaste, Beautiful
