SLEEP Meditation For Women

Today’s morning meditation gives you the opportunity to meditate on a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt.

Others may tell you you can’t.

You may even tell it to yourself.

Especially when you’re scared.

Especially when the risk seems big.
But Eleanor Roosevelt’s words remind us that “you gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”

As you bring yourself into comfort.

Breathe in more space inside,

And breathe out all the clutter.

“You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”
