Fresh, soft and light.
Full of a calm excitement.

So Let’s Begin…

EASY LIKE SUNDAY MORNING – EASE MEDITATION SCRIPT
So let’s begin by taking two deep breathes in,
Filling your body with fresh new air,
Expanding your belly and chest.
And then releasing the air all the way out.
Another deep breath in, feeling the cool oxygen cleanse you,
And exhale until the last drop of air has left.
Regulate your breath into an easy, slow rhythm,
And drop yourself deeper into comfort.
PAUSE…
Easy feels so good,
So let yourself swim in it.
PAUSE…
Feel the calming warmth of the sunshine on your face,
Your shoulders,
Your legs.
Feel the lightness of your mind,
Body,
And soul.
Hear the harmonies infusing you with bubbling energy.
Breathe in ease.
And be here with it,
Feeling it flow through you and all around you.
