Today’s morning meditation will help you dissolve the thoughts and emotions that are keeping you from being as disciplined as you’d like to be.

Good morning, beautiful,

Our theme this week is discipline.

So many times, the things getting in our way of being disciplined are the barrage of thoughts and emotions we’re experiencing in any given moment.

Sometimes it's the little girl in us having a fit on the floor.

Sometimes in the free spirit craving her freedom to do what she wants when she wants.

Sometimes it’s the voice inside saying none of it really matters.

So let today’s meditation help you dissolve those thoughts and emotions,

So you can get to that quiet place where discipline resides.

So Let’s Begin…

DISSOLVE THE THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS DISCIPLINE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So come inside,

And settle into comfort

PAUSE…

Being here for a bit so you can slow yourself down.

Slow down your body,

Slow down your mind,

Slow down your soul.

PAUSE…

The deeper you can come,

The easier it is to see.

The space between you and your thoughts,

The space between you and your emotions.

A recognition that you are not them.

PAUSE…

Breathe,

And open up this space,

Letting those thoughts and emotions dissolve with every breath out.

LONG PAUSE (3 MINS)…

Come home,

To the true voice of your soul.

Free of the thoughts,

Free of emotions,

And in alignment with your desires.
