This week, our theme is refresh.

Our soul’s can crave a refresh when there is heaviness inside. When we are feeling the weight of our responsibilities, tasks and thoughts. So this morning’s meditation will help you dissolve the heaviness, so you can begin your day feeling restored.

So Let’s Begin…

DISSOLVE THE HEAVINESS REFRESH MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

Place your hands on your heart,

And let’s begin with setting an intention.

I’m ready to let go of all the heaviness today,

So I can be refreshed.

Let your hands drop to a comfortable position,

And then take one, big, refreshing breath in,

Filling up your whole body with air,

And then exhale,

Breathing out all the grey, stale energy inside.

Bring your breathing to a nice, easy rhythm,

And be here for a bit.

Just breathing.

LONG PAUSE…

Notice a soft, tingling sensation at the top of your head.

Feel it soften you as it dissolves all the heaviness from this area,

Just like soap bubbles cleaning your skin.

Feel the gentle tingling move down to your face,

Your neck,

And your shoulders,

Slowly relaxing your body,

And dissolving all the thoughts,

And all the emotions that are weighing on you.

PAUSE…

Now feel that warm tingling moving down to your chest,

Your arms and hands,

And your stomach,

Dissolving and releasing.

PAUSE…

Feel the gentle warmth down in your hips,

Your thighs,

Your legs,

And your feet,

Dissolving it all away,

And releasing the heavy energy of you.

PAUSE…

Now breathe…

And be here with the absence of heaviness,

Noticing the lightness,

Noticing the spaciousness inside.

You are refreshed.

Renewed.

And ready for the day ahead.
