Freedom…
Is to be free…
Yet, what is freedom to you?
PAUSE…
In today’s meditation, let’s begin by
Focusing on defining your freedom.
PAUSE…
Take a moment to find space for you…
Breathe into this space.
Your space, free from any blocks,
Free from whatever it is that’s not allowing you to
Do & become all the things you set your mind to.
PAUSE…
Imagine this space is wide open,
And Free…
From doubt, anxiety, distractions…
PAUSE…
Now slowly breathe out…
And as you breathe out, let it all out…
Imagine as the air releases, so do you…
You simple let it all go
You are free from it all
PAUSE…
Now you are gently floating,
As you float, you start to feel lighter…
And lighter.
PAUSE…
Until you are floating above it all.
Breathe and float,
Breathe and float and feel the lightness in your body.
LONG PAUSE…
You can give yourself the freedom to let go of all that weighs you down.
Feel the weightlessness,
Where you can just float & feel
in this space you have created.
You just float,
You allow yourself to just be.
LONG PAUSE…
You are free.
Your freedom is whatever you create it to be.
