The thoughts play and swirl,
And so many emotions stir up.
Your mind is busy and alive.
Sleep can be elusive,
As our minds run wild.
So breathe deep, and come inside.

DEEP REST FOR A BUSY MIND SLEEP MEDITATION SCRIPT
Fill yourself up with air,
All the way down to your toes.
And then exhale long,
Imagining the thoughts dissolving into the night.
Follow your breath for a bit,
Riding its soothing waves.
And melting you deeper into comfort.
And imagine a soothing hand of love,
Placing herself on the crown of your head.
Slowing down the thoughts,
And easing your mind.
Feel the warmth of her hand gently cover your eyes,
And then your cheeks,
As you relax your jaw,
And let your entire face soften.
Feel the calming hand of love rest upon your neck,
Feel the thoughts releasing,
Feel the space inside opening,
Now feel as the hand of love,
Slowly moves down your left arm,
Your right arm,
And then gently glides all the way
Down your back.
And surrender to sleep.
The warm hand of love now caresses your hips,
And travels down your right leg,
Your left leg,
And ends her journey holding your feet.
Let any thoughts and emotion that are left,
Fall all the way down your body,
And come into your feet.
Released, breath by breath,
Into the gentle hands of love.
So much space here,
Deep within your mind.
Deep within your heart.
Deep within your soul.
So much space,
For love to fill.
For stillness to live.
For rest to restore.
