DEEP BREATHING FOR HEALING MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
We all strive to heal, our physical body, our mind, past traumas, the souls within us…
So today, let’s tap into our deep breathing, to unlock and begin to work on healing from the inside out.
PAUSE…
Find your natural position.
Sitting, or laying down.
Breath slowly, deeply in and out of your nose,
With a hand gently placed on your belly.
PAUSE…
Feel your breath, as it flows in and out,
Feel your belly, rise up and down,
Feel where your energy is inside you.
PAUSE…
Your energy is alive…
Within you.
PAUSE…
Soaking in all the energy around us,
Simultaneously giving our energy to others we’re around.
LONG PAUSE…
In order to heal, one must
Clear and replenish these energies.
PAUSE…
Breath in,
Feel your energy,
Where in your body do you feel
A heaviness,
A sticky dark spot,
A place that does not serve you…
And on your exhale, through your nose, release it.
PAUSE
Inhale the cool salve of healing,
Feeling it cover your wounds.
Exhale the speckles of darkness inside,
Watching it dissolve into the air around you.
PAUSE
Breathe in and heal,
Breathe out and release.
Over and over again,
PAUSE
Breathe in deeply one last time,
Letting the cool air find and gather anything else that may be left inside of you,
And as you exhale,
Release it all,
Lighting you,
Softening you,
Healing you.
