Today, we dance with the Mother Goddess, the spiritual embodiment of feminine energy, who we can lean on when we need guidance and support and nourishment. And who can instantly remind us of who we are.
My intention in creating this week’s meditations is so you can deeply connect with, honor and fall deeply in love with everything feminine about you.
So Let’s Begin…
DANCE WITH THE MOTHER GODDESS MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So come inside, my love,
Breathing deep into the center of you,
Letting the oxygen cleanse you,
And leave you fresh and ready for the day.
Relax your body,
And settle into a calm, quiet place.
PAUSE…
Now see if you can imagine yourself standing in front of your Mother Goddess.
Observe her, and know that whatever she looks like to you is exactly how she’s supposed to look.
Reach out your hand to her,
And notice the infusion of love you feel as she touches it.
As the two of you embrace,
Notice that you feel safe,
Loved,
And free.
PAUSE…
Now feel your bodies beginning to move,
In sync with one another and swaying to the music.
This dance feels light,
And smoothe,
And empowering.
You feel creative,
Alive,
And magical.
Be here for the next bit,
Fully awake in your dance with the Mother Goddess,
Allowing yourself to be free and wildly you.
LONG PAUSE…
Now come back to your breath,
And back to my voice.
Your dance with the Mother Goddess was exactly what it was supposed to be for you today.
So take one last deep breath in,
Filling yourself with gratitude for this time,
And release.
