This week, we’re meditating on stillness.
Stillness is a calm, quiet, motionless state. It’s the space between our breaths. It’s the silent space of presence where time stops and we find ourselves floating in the truth of our spirit.
We can use meditation as a tool to dissolve the noise and thoughts so we can connect with the stillness inside.
Because the stillness is where we are one with ourselves,
Where we are peaceful,
And where we are tuned in to the wisdom of the Universe.
So Let’s Begin…

CONNECT TO THE STILLNESS INSIDE – STILLNESS MEDITATION SCRIPT
So settle into a position that’s comfortable for you,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Inviting in the cleansing, fresh air,
And exhaling it all out with a sigh.
Let your breathing slow down with each breath,
Letting it pull your body into a relaxed, calming cadence.
Breathe…
PAUSE…
Follow your breath,
In and out of your body,
Let it help you release your thoughts,
Ease your mind.
And be here now,
Present to this moment.
One with your body,
One with your soul.
Breathe…
PAUSE…
Stillness is not something you seek out,
It’s something you surrender to.
So stay here with your breath,
And let go,
As you practice connecting to the stillness…
