So this special meditation is a guided visualization to connect you to Mother Earth.
So Let’s Begin…
CONNECT TO MOTHER EARTH MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Find a comfortable position,
And invite yourself to slow down,
And relax.
PAUSE…
Close your eyes,
And take a deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale through your nose.
PAUSE…
See if you can imagine that you’re standing at the edge of a beautiful forest.
The sun is shining and the birds are singing.
Take a step forward and feel the soft grass beneath your feet.
Take another step and feel the Earth beneath you.
PAUSE…
Let yourself walk deeper and deeper into the forest,
Breathing in the peace,
As you feel connected to the creatures and plants.
PAUSE…
Now imagine roots growing out of the soles of your feet, reaching deep into the ground. Feel the energy of the earth flowing up through these roots and into your body.
Take a deep breath in and feel the energy of the earth filling you with life.
And as you exhale, imagine all of your worries and stresses flowing out of your body, and into the earth.
As you continue to walk deeper into the forest, you feel more and more connected to this precious Earth and the Universal energy that flows through everything. You can feel it rising through your feet and filling you with love.
PAUSE…
Look around you,
And breathe in appreciation for everything you see, hear, and feel.
You are one with Mother Earth.
