So Let’s Begin…

COMPASSION FOR THE PARTS YOU JUDGE MEDITATION SCRIPT
Close your eyes,
and breathe.
Soft and slow.
Gentle and forgiving.
PAUSE…
There is a voice inside
that finds fault.
That picks at the edges
of your goodness,
searching for something
to make wrong.
PAUSE…
It tells you
you should’ve known better.
You should’ve done more.
You should’ve been stronger.
PAUSE…
And it wears the face
of responsibility,
but carries the weight
of shame.
PAUSE…
So let us sit
with her now—
this voice of judgment.
This inner critic
trying so hard to keep you safe
by keeping you small.
PAUSE…
You don’t need to push her away.
Just meet her.
See her.
Breathe beside her.
PAUSE…
Say gently in your heart:
“I see you.
I know you’re tired.
But we don’t have to do it this way anymore.”
PAUSE…
That moment you’re still replaying—
forgive her.
That version of you who didn’t know yet—
forgive her.
That choice you keep shrinking beneath—
forgive her.
PAUSE…
You are not meant
to be a polished version
of yourself.
You are here
to be real.
To be soft.
To be whole.
PAUSE…
So let this breath
be a balm.
Let this morning
be a turning.
Let this day
begin with compassion—
not just for others,
but for the pieces of you
that are still healing.
LONG PAUSE…
And if the critic rises again today,
place your hand on your heart,
and say,
“Even this part is loved.”
PAUSE…
You are already enough.
Namaste, Beautiful.
