See if you can imagine enclosing them,
Within a soft, light bubble.
And watch them float gently up into the air,
Far away from you,
As you return to your breath,
Return to your body,
Return to you.

Watch them bubble up,
And float away,
One by one.

Watch them ride the wind,
And dissolve into the air,
Over and over again,
As you return to the calming rhythm of your breathing.
