Clear and Confident (Clarity) Morning Meditation

Today’s morning meditation is an opportunity for you to feel clear and confident.

This morning, we’re going to immerse ourselves in the feelings that come with clarity – confidence, lightness and connectedness – so we can deepen our desire and ability to have even more clarity in our lives.

So Let’s Begin…

CLEAR AND CONFIDENT MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So come into your breath,

Bringing your attention onto its motion,

Its magical journey in and out of your body.

Feel yourself expand with every breath in,

And contract with every breath out. 

PAUSE…

Drop your shoulders,

Soften your face,

Relax your arms and legs.

Breathe…

PAUSE…

Now see if you can think of the last time you felt really clear about something,

A time when you knew something for certain.

You knew how you felt,

You knew what you wanted,

Or you knew what to do.

Call upon that moment,

And recall the feelings that were there.

Confidence,

Lightness,

A deep rootedness to your true self.

See all these feelings swirling around you now,

As you allow yourself to sit here with them for the next few minutes.

LONG PAUSE…

Breathe the feelings in,

And let them inhabit you,

And remind you what it feels like to be clear.
