Find comfort in your space,
close your eyes,
and allow your body to come into rest,
feeling safe and protected wherever you are.
LONG PAUSE
You have the power to calm your mind,
in any moment of chaos.
PAUSE
There is a peaceful spring within you,
pouring calm, cooling energy into you.
And as it seeps into every aspect of your mind,
calming the loud buzz emotions,
that can distract you from your day,
Peace enters,
And fills you up.

Breathe in here,
recognizing your ability to relax,
and refresh your buzzing thoughts,
and replace them with serene waves of peace.

Your mind is at ease.
Your body is at rest.
And you are overtaken with calmness in your mind.

Recognize this stillness in your mind.
And let it spread…
From the top of your head,
Down into your face,
