CALM YOUR BODY MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Allow yourself to settle,
And come into your breath.
Find the slow, rhythmic cadence,
As you relax deeper into it.
PAUSE
Feel the waves of serenity with each cycle of breath,
and notice how the pattern calms your body.
PAUSE
Take in the calmness, through your body.
PAUSE
Feel the calm around your fingers,
PAUSE
through the soles of your feet,
your toes,
all of your muscles.
PAUSE
Embrace the calm sensations that swirl up your legs and arms.
Let it wash over your whole body,
and breathe with it.
LONG PAUSE
Feel the serene pools,
in all of the curves,
as they relax with slow,
beautiful, peace.
LONG PAUSE
Let your inbreath gather them all up,
Those pieces of anxiety,
Those meandering thoughts,
Those wandering emotions.
PAUSE
Gather them up,
And then on each exhale,
Release them all of your body,
Feeling lighter,
And lighter,
Softer and softer,
With each breath out.

Breathe…
As calm takes over your whole body.
