So Let’s Begin…

CALM, CLEAR AND CONNECTED MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So settle into comfort,
Dropping your shoulders,
Adjusting your body,
And dropping into the now.
PAUSE…
Feel your body melt with every breath out.
Releasing any thoughts or emotions that may arise.
PAUSE…
This is a practice of being.
You don’t have to accomplish anything here.
Everything you desire,
Everything you find yourself striving towards,
Is already here inside of you.
PAUSE…
So rather than doing,
Let yourself be.
PAUSE…
Loving your whole self as you are right now.
And simply letting this moment unfold.
PAUSE…
You do not need to control anything,
There’s nobody you have to be.
PAUSE…
So let yourself shed the outside world,
The thoughts,
The worries,
The emotions.
And find your stillness inside.
PAUSE…
Your home.
Your space.

Now gently bow your head,
As you bring your hands together in front of your heart.
