Bursting With Joy (Joy) Morning Meditation

Today’s morning meditation will help you feel like you’re bursting with joy.

Close your eyes,

And open yourself to this moment. 

PAUSE…

Letting your breath come in and clear.

Letting your breath exit, and relax. 

PAUSE…

Letting everything around you,

And in you,

Float away,

So you can be here,

Present,

Raw,

And open.

So Let’s Begin…

BURSTING WITH JOY MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

Feel the warmth within your center,

The embers of joy longing to be flames.

PAUSE…

Breathe in gratitude for all the big,

And all the small.

And watch as the flames begin.

LONG PAUSE…

Breathe in what feels good,

And breath out what doesn’t,

And feel the heat of the growing flames.

LONG PAUSE…

The magical flames of joy travel across every inch of your skin,

Through every fiber of your body,

And wash through every part of your soul.

PAUSE…

You are glowing from within,

Bursting with joy.

LONG PAUSE…
