Close your eyes, take a deep breath and let go of any distractions or thoughts.
Imagine a bright white light surrounding you, creating a sense of safety and peace.
PAUSE…
Visualize yourself standing in the center of a beautiful, lush garden.
Look around and notice the vibrant colors of the flowers, the rustling of the leaves in the gentle breeze, and the sounds of birds chirping.
PAUSE…
As you continue to look around, you begin to see other people emerging from the shadows and gathering in the garden with you.
These people represent the different aspects of your inner self, and they are all here to help you build a community within yourself.
PAUSE…
Start by introducing yourself to each aspect of your inner self, and take the time to get to know them.
Ask them what they need, what they bring to the table, and what they want to contribute to this community.
Listen to their answers, and offer your support and understanding.

As you continue to connect with each aspect of your inner self, imagine a sense of unity and harmony growing within you.
The garden transforms into a vibrant, thriving community, filled with love, compassion, and understanding.

Now, take a moment to focus on your breath, and imagine sending love and compassion to every aspect of your inner self.
Imagine yourself filling up with light, and feel it spreading to every part of your body.

Take a moment to thank yourself for taking the time to build this community, and remember that you can always return to this peaceful garden whenever you need to connect with your inner self.
