Settle into yourself now,
Finding your breath.
PAUSE
Breathe…
And see if you can imagine a calm ball of light,
Hovering within your center.
LONG PAUSE
This luminous orb is your center of calm,
Spreading it gentle energy throughout your whole body.
PAUSE
Feel it calm you,
Clear you,
Melt you.
LONG PAUSE
Now, imagine yourself carrying this ball of light to another.
Their hands are held out to meet yours,
And their face illuminates with the light from your orb of calm.
PAUSE
Watch as this person closes their eyes,
And feels the warm energy of calm slowly run through their body,
As they touch your light.
PAUSE
From their hands,
Up their arms,
Through their chest and belly,
Down their back and legs,
And up to their head.
LONG PAUSE
The calm inside of you impacts others,
Can soften the tension,
Dissolve the heaviness,
And ease the pain.
