So Let’s Begin…

BREATHE THROUGH THE PAIN MEDITATION SCRIPT
You’re here.
Even with the ache.
Even with the tension.
Even with the body feeling tender, tight, or tired.
And that is enough.
PAUSE
So gently now…
Let your eyes close.
And allow your awareness to return to your breath.
Breathe in softly…
Breathe out even softer.
PAUSE
Again.
Inhale…
Exhale…
PAUSE
Let your breath be a kind companion.
One that doesn’t judge your pain.
One that doesn’t try to push it away.
Just stays.
Right here.
PAUSE
Bring your attention to the part of your body that’s calling out.
Where the sensation is strongest.
Where the ache is asking to be acknowledged.
PAUSE
Just notice.
PAUSE
Now, send your breath there.
As if the air could surround it…
Soften it…
Hold it gently in place.
PAUSE
Breathe in…
And meet the pain.
Breathe out…
And let go of the resistance.
PAUSE
Just be with it.
As you would be with a crying child—
Not trying to silence,
But to soothe.
PAUSE
With each inhale,
Bring in presence.
With each exhale,
Let go of tension that wants to fight.
PAUSE
Inhale…
Exhale…
PAUSE
Let the breath become your rhythm.
Let it wrap around the discomfort.
Let it be a blanket of warmth and care.
PAUSE
Pain may still be present—
But it doesn’t need to control you.
PAUSE
So breathe again.
Gently.
Steadily.
Like a wave meeting the shore.
PAUSE
Inhale…
Exhale…
PAUSE
You are doing beautifully.
PAUSE
Let the breath hold you.
Let it meet you where you are.
PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
