Today’s morning meditation will give you the chance to breathe in forgiveness.
There’s a heaviness inside,
Memories of pain and hurt.
Perhaps you’ve pushed them down,
Or maybe the wound still bleeds.
PAUSE…
Rest tonight knowing,
That this heaviness can be released.
The wound can be healed,
And you can be free from the pain.
PAUSE…
Breathe in forgiveness,
And let her come deep inside,
Cleansing you,
Healing you,
Freeing you.
So Let’s Begin…

BREATHE IN FORGIVENESS MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Call upon those memories within you,
The ones you’ve buried and almost forgotten.
And the ones that lie fresh within you.
PAUSE…
Beckon them from you now,
And ask them to gather at your center,
Like dry fall leaves being swept into a pile.
PAUSE…
Their time has come to heal,
So your soul can be free,
So your heart can thrive,
PAUSE…
So breathe in deeply,
And imagine yourself gathering these leaves,
These moments from that touched you.
LONG PAUSE…
Gather them up and honor the pain,
The tears,
The disappointment,
The sadness,
The regret.
LONG PAUSE…
Breathe deeper,
And remember the good,
Recognize the gifts,
And find gratitude for it all.
LONG PAUSE…
Breathe,
And notice the air around you settle into quiet.
PAUSE…
Here,
In this stillness,
You touch the divine.
You are divine.
And you see the peace that awaits you,
On the other side of forgiveness.
You understand it all.

So exhale now,
With intention and with love,
And release those leaves from you,
One by one,
Letting the memories go.
Letting the pain go.
Forgiving the people,
Forgiving yourself.
And surrendering yourself to the release.

The heaviness has left.
And peace has filled you up.

Forgiveness has cleared the way for more love,
More life.
More joy.
