Begin your practice by drawing your attention to your breath.
Feel how the air enters your body,
sending pulses of peace,
and rest throughout your whole being,
as you exhale.
PAUSE
Notice when the air makes its way out,
how the sensation spreads and grows.
PAUSE
Focus on letting go of any tension you’re holding onto,
in your chest,
and in your belly.
PAUSE
Replace each heavy emotion with a serene breath,
taking in the pure beauty
that comes with each new inhale.
LONG PAUSE
Feel the calm space left behind after every exhale.
PAUSE
Take in each breath,
one,
after another.
PAUSE
Call in serenity with your breath,
Allow peace to enter.
