So Let’s Begin…

BEAUTY MEDITATION SCRIPT

 

Close your eyes,
And breathe.
Breathe in peace and harmony.

PAUSE

And, as you breathe,
Let your body relax.
Allow any tension you feel
To just melt away,
So you feel cozy and comfy.

PAUSE

Now, imagine if you can,
Being outside on an autumn day.
And, as you walk along,
You’re struck by all the beauty
Of the season.

PAUSE

You notice
Rows and rows
Of vibrantly colored trees,
Filled with leaves
Showing off their
Splendid colors in unison.

Take a moment to
Appreciate the leaves.

PAUSE

As you walk along,
You become aware
Of the dance of autumn,
A beautiful, natural dance
In preparation
For winter.

You notice a
Sapphire blue lake,
With a few turtles
Readying for winter.

Overhead, geese honk,
As they fly south.

Nestled between two trees,
You notice squirrels,
Eating and burying
Their acorns.

In the distance,
You observe a skunk
And a mouse,
Filling their bellies
Before they hibernate.

Now, breathe,
And take a moment to
Appreciate the animals
And their beautiful autumn dances.

PAUSE

Now, continue on your walk,
And, imagine
Sipping some warm cider
Spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Breathe in the beautiful aromas,
And appreciate how they
Touch your soul.

PAUSE

Now, bring yourself
Back to the present.

And, as you do,
Feel the beauty
Of fall radiating in you.
Appreciate that beauty,
And take it with you
Through your day.
