Sit with yourself at this moment.
Take a breath in and slowly exhale.
Really try to tap into where you are right now.
PAUSE…
Feel into your body, mind, soul…
LONG PAUSE…
Find your light,
A circular bubble glowing from within,
Shining without.
PAUSE…
What color is your light?
LONG PAUSE…
Notice, and become aware of your colorful orb of light…
PAUSE…
Is your light moving,
Flowing, bouncing,
dancing and growing?
PAUSE…
Tap into this beautiful light,
Allow it to flow out,
And swirl all around you.
PAUSE…
Open your arms wide,
Open your heart,
And mind,
As you expand.
Feel the light radiate out of you.
LONG PAUSE…
You are glowing,
And becoming this light,
Be this light,
PAUSE…
You are the light,
You are one powerful,
And extraordinary,
Being of light.
PAUSE…
Feel your ability to illuminate what’s around you,
What’s within you.
PAUSE…
Sink into your capability to bring light to others.
To bring awareness,
Joy,
And clarity.
